Frequently asked questions.

Do I need prior design experience?
No. The Mastery Program starts from zero — no prior UX, design, or coding experience is required. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to put in the work.
Are classes live or pre-recorded?
All sessions are live and instructor-led via video call. Recordings may be available for review after each session, but attendance at live sessions is strongly recommended.
What software do I need?
You'll need Figma (free account), a Google account for Workspace tools, and a modern web browser. All other tools are free and we'll guide you through setup on day one.
What if I miss a session?
Session recordings are available to enrolled students for catch-up. If you miss multiple sessions, our team can help you explore the next available batch.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before your batch start date. Contact us at me@uxdco.com to request a refund.
