Frequently asked questions.

Do I need prior design experience?
No. The Mastery Program starts from zero — no prior UX, design, or coding experience is required. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to put in the work.
Are classes live or pre-recorded?
All sessions are live and instructor-led via video call. Sessions are not recorded, so being present is how you get the value — you ask questions as you work and your screen gets looked at in the moment.
What software do I need?
You'll need Figma (free account), a Google account for Workspace tools, and a modern web browser. All other tools are free and we'll guide you through setup on day one.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are live and are not recorded, so a missed session means missed material. It is worth checking the batch timings against your schedule before you enroll, and picking the weekday or weekend option you can realistically attend.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before your batch start date.
What is the difference between the Sprint and the bootcamp?
The AI-Era UX Sprint is a two-day introduction covering the foundations and a first wireframe. The AI-Era UX Mastery is the full fifteen-day bootcamp across ten modules, ending in a portfolio case study.
Will I get a certificate?
No. We do not issue certificates. The work you produce in class is the credential — hiring teams assess your portfolio and the reasoning behind your decisions, not a certificate.
Can I join from outside India?
Yes. Sessions are live online, so your location is not a barrier. Just note that batches run on Indian Standard Time when you pick your preferred timing.

What you get in this online UX design bootcamp

The whole program points at one outcome: a portfolio case study you can defend in an interview. Everything across the fifteen days is arranged around producing it.

You join live sessions with a working UX Manager — not a recorded library. Sessions run on Indian Standard Time, weekday or weekend, and you pick a real problem in the first week and carry it through every module: research, personas, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototype, usability testing, and a final presentation.

No prior experience is needed. Most people who take this come from engineering, graphic design, marketing, testing or business analysis, and many have never opened Figma. Tools are introduced at the point you need them, and everything required is free.

You leave with a case study you built yourself, a working prototype, and — more useful than either — the ability to explain why you made each decision. There is no certificate, because a certificate is not what gets you hired. Hiring teams ask about reasoning far more than they ask about screens.
